This happens obviously among the youngsters who leave and who are about to leave school.&nbsp; A man without a purpose is like a ship without a ruddle.&nbsp; &nbsp;In this module, we help our participants to create a plan for all of them to understand what are their goals and outcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the meantime, we equip our participants with a positive mindset that&nbsp;helps them to overcome obstacles they may face when learning something new or developing new skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Knowing that getting infinity with the people around us brings connection and opportunities to us.&nbsp; &nbsp;We demonstrate the most efficient and effective communication techniques to deal with people with different backgrounds and thinking preferences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Stage 2 \u2013 Resilience in Leadership <\/strong>(2 sessions: July 16 and 23, 2022)<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Leadership Development<\/li><li>Rapport Building<\/li><li>Critical Thinking Skills<\/li><li>Decision-making<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What kind of leaders are most demanding in nowadays world?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the World Economic Forum Research, people with skills in critical thinking analysis, leadership, social influence, and the like are much more demanding in 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this module, we focus on how to become a great leader and how to make the right decisions.&nbsp;&nbsp;We teach you a systematic approach to help you make the right decision based on objective criteria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Knowing that our ultimate purpose of communication is to impose a positive influence on others so that we can get feedback that is in favor of us from them.&nbsp; &nbsp;There are some NLP techniques that are very useful in helping you to cope with today\u2019s hectic and stressful situations.&nbsp; We teach these techniques in order to overcome stress and some methods of dealing with challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since everyone has different values and beliefs, conflicts of thinking inevitably happen in the workplace.&nbsp;
