As a Coach and Corporate Training Consultant since 2008, Eric coaches and mentors\u2019 clients to enhance their effectiveness in life and at work, develop their executive presence and leadership skills and define and achieve their longer-term goals. He regularly works with senior executives up to ‘C’ suite level, individually and in groups, both in Hong Kong and across the Asia Pacific.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His philosophy is respect and empathy for people, and their needs are core to his client centred approach. Deeply understanding clients, being flexible and sensitive while offering a fresh perspective, gives them a safe platform to grow, and develop the skills to progress and succeed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eric was born and grew up in Hong Kong. He moved to New Zealand in 1979 and returned \u2018home\u2019 to HK in 1994. His Eurasian upbringing in a multi-cultural family and environment, combined with 40 years international and local work experience gives him the ability to engage with people at all levels of seniority; bridging cultural, language and geographic boundaries, and across a diverse range of personalities, philosophies and professions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When he\u2019s not working, Eric enjoys life with his wife and family on lovely Lamma Island, walking Lily the dog, enjoying a swim at the beach and when possible, indulging his passion for fishing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
